Cleaning

Housekeeping information and a small note about living in the Tuscan countryside.

Towels & linen

Regular change

A full household towel-set change is normally provided each Wednesday. Pool towels are separate from the normal household towel change.

Extra service

Additional cleaning

Extra towels, linen changes or additional cleaning may be arranged subject to staff availability. Current availability and charges should be checked before requesting an extra service.

Country life

Wildlife is part of the setting

La Novellina is an organic farm in a natural rural environment. Insects, lizards, birds and other small wildlife are part of country life and are not a sign of poor cleanliness.

Simple prevention

Keep food protected

Keep exterior doors closed when practical and do not leave food exposed, especially in the kitchen.
